Your Journey

🌙 Deep Sleep Protocol

Quiet the mind.
Rest the body.

A two-week nervous system reset — guided narration, ambient soundscapes, and pre-sleep writing to move you from wired to deeply rested.

1
Prepare Your Sleep Space
Set up your environment before beginning

Before you start the protocol, create the conditions that tell your nervous system it is safe to rest. Each item below is optional — use what resonates.

  • Dim all lights or switch to a warm lamp at least 30 min before sleep
  • Set your phone to Do Not Disturb and place it face-down
  • Have your journal and a pen within reach
  • Use lavender, chamomile, or cedarwood if you have it
  • Prepare a small glass of water — nervous system release often feels like warmth or thirst
  • Put on comfortable, unrestricted clothing

"He grants sleep to those he loves."

— Psalm 127:2
2
Your 14-Day Protocol Guide
The framework for your two-week reset

Use this rhythm across 14 nights. There is no pressure to be perfect — every night you return is a night your body receives care.

  1. Days 1–3 · Release: Focus only on the audio. No journaling yet. Let your nervous system begin decompressing without adding tasks.
  2. Days 4–7 · Settle: Add the pre-sleep writing prompts. 5 minutes only. You are not solving anything — you are setting things down.
  3. Days 8–11 · Deepen: Continue both audio and journaling. Notice what shifts in your body when you lie down. No analysis needed.
  4. Days 12–14 · Anchor: You are building a new signal. Repeat your favorites from the protocol. This is now your rhythm — you own it.

If you miss a night, you never start over. You simply return to where you were. Progress is not lost.

Sleep Audio · Guided Narration
30-minute narrated sleep session by Camille

Press play, close your eyes, and allow Camille's voice to walk you through a full body release. Let go of the day. You've done enough.

 Narrated Decompress — 30 min
 Ambient Soundscape — 30 min
4
Pre-Sleep Writing Prompts
Set down the day before your head meets the pillow

These three prompts take five minutes. Their purpose is not insight — it is relief. Write until you feel something ease.

Release
"One thing I am putting down tonight, and will not pick up again until morning, is…"
Write until the sentence feels true. If nothing comes, write the word "rest" until something does.
Receive
"One thing I received today — even in the difficulty — was…"
It can be small. Safety. A breath. A moment of quiet. Grace does not need to be grand.
Surrender
"God, I am giving you __________ tonight. I trust you with it."
Adapt this to your own faith language if needed. The act of naming what you're releasing matters more than the words.
📔 Evening Reflection & Gratitude

Close the day.
Without the weight of it.

Three-part evening journaling with guided audio and a graceful wind-down — release what the day carried so you can rest whole.

1
Create Your Evening Space
Signal to yourself that the evening belongs to you

This practice is most powerful when your body knows it has permission to slow down. The setup itself is part of the ritual.

  • Find a consistent spot — a chair, a corner of your bed, any space that is yours
  • Light a candle or use a soft lamp — the warmth signals safety to your nervous system
  • Keep your journal and a favorite pen nearby
  • Prepare something warm to drink if it feels right
  • Put your phone on silent — this 15 minutes belongs entirely to you
2
Three-Part Evening Journal
Release · Gratitude · Forgiveness

Move through these three parts in order. Each one takes the weight from a different layer of the day. There are no wrong answers.

Part One · Release
"Today I carried __________ and I am choosing to set it down here."
Name the emotion, the conversation, the worry, or the moment that stayed with you. Writing it down moves it from your body to the page.
Part Two · Gratitude
"Three small graces I noticed today, even in the hard parts, were…"
They do not need to be significant. A hot cup of coffee. A child's laugh. The fact that you are here. Gratitude is trained, not found.
Part Three · Forgiveness
"I extend grace to __________ tonight, including myself, because…"
Forgiveness is not permission — it is the act of no longer letting someone or something live rent-free in your body overnight. Do this for you.
3
20-Min Guided Wind-Down
Let Camille's voice carry you toward rest

After journaling, allow 20 minutes of guided wind-down. This is the bridge between the day and sleep — a gentle passage out of the mind and into the body.

 Evening Wind-Down — 20 min
Audio uploading soon. Camille's 20-minute evening wind-down will appear here.
4
Evening Affirmation Deck
30 cards to close with intention

Choose one card each evening — or simply read through them as a blessing over yourself before sleep. Each one is a declaration of truth.

"I did enough today. I am enough today."
"Rest is not earned — it is given. I receive it."
"I release what was never mine to carry."
"My body is learning to trust stillness again."
"Tomorrow will take care of itself. Tonight I rest."
"I am held. I am loved. I am safe to let go."

Full 30-card deck available as a printable PDF below.

☀️ Morning Abundance & Night Alignment

Begin with purpose.
End with peace.

A paired micro-ritual — one sentence at sunrise, four questions before sleep. Under three minutes total, with a 30-day faith-grounded devotional to carry you through.

1
Your Morning Setup
The first 60 seconds belong to you

This ritual works because it is ruthlessly simple. You do not have to want to do it. You just have to do it before you reach for your phone.

  • Keep this portal (or the morning declaration card) somewhere visible — nightstand, bathroom mirror, kitchen counter
  • Say your declaration out loud before you look at anything else in the morning
  • You do not have to feel it. Say it anyway — feelings follow words, not the other way around
  • In the evening, answer your four alignment questions — takes under 2 minutes
2
Morning Declaration & Energizer Audio
Say it. Believe it. Move into the day.

"Today I choose to move in abundance. I am provided for, I am called, and I am showing up for the life that's already been given to me."

— Your Morning Declaration

Say this aloud each morning, or use one from your full declaration card deck. If you have 5 minutes, play the energizer audio — Camille walks you through a brief activation to start your day grounded and clear.

 Morning Energizer — 5 min
Audio uploading soon. Camille's 5-minute morning energizer will appear here.
3
30-Day Morning Devotional
Faith-grounded readings to anchor your month

One reading per morning. Each week carries a theme — an invitation to move through the month with intention, not urgency.

Week 1 · Days 1–7
Presence Over Performance
Releasing the pressure to do more and receiving the grace of being enough.
Week 2 · Days 8–14
Abundance as a Posture
Shifting from scarcity thinking to seeing what has already been given.
Week 3 · Days 15–21
Called & Carried
Walking in your assignment without striving, because the One who called you carries you.
Week 4 · Days 22–30
Rest as Resistance
The revolutionary act of choosing peace in a world that profits from your exhaustion.
4
Four Night Alignment Questions
Close the loop — 2 minutes before sleep

At the end of each day, sit with these four questions. Short answers only — one sentence each. The goal is to close the day with honesty and peace, not evaluation.

Question One
"Where did I show up well today — even imperfectly?"
Question Two
"What am I grateful moved today — even the hard thing?"
Question Three
"What is one thing I want to do differently tomorrow?"
Question Four
"What do I need to release before I sleep tonight?"
