The practice: Keep these cards on your nightstand or bathroom mirror. Each morning, say your chosen declaration aloud — not in your head. The voice carries something the mind alone cannot. You do not need to feel it. Say it anyway.
How to Use Your Declaration Cards
- Pick one card per week and say it every morning for 7 days
- Or choose the one that meets your current season — rotate freely
- Print and cut them, or simply read from this sheet
- Say it aloud before looking at any screen in the morning
