How to Record This at Home — Simple Setup

Phone mic is perfect. Use Voice Memos (iPhone) or Recorder (Android). Hold the phone 8–12 inches from your mouth.
Find a quiet room. A closet or bedroom with soft furnishings reduces echo. Turn off fans and A/C during recording.
Speak slowly and softly. Slower than feels natural. Deep, calm breaths between sentences set the tone for clients.
Optional background music. Play soft nature sounds or binaural music quietly in the room while recording for atmosphere.
Upload unlisted to YouTube. Upload your recording → set to Unlisted → copy the embed link → paste into Session Videos in the portal.
Multiple takes are fine. Record 2–3 times and keep the one that feels most natural. Pauses between sentences are beautiful — let them breathe.

Part 1 — Settling In & Welcome

Read warmly, slowly — like welcoming a dear friend home

Now, I want you to bring your attention to the place where your body is being held — the chair beneath you, or the surface under you. Feel the support. You don't have to hold yourself up right now. Let yourself be held.

Gently bring your awareness to your feet. Notice any tension there — and with your next exhale, let it go. You don't have to go anywhere right now. Just be here.

Now move your attention slowly up to your legs… your hips… your belly. Notice if you are holding your breath in your stomach. Just notice — without judgment. And breathe.

Bring your awareness to your chest. Your heart. If there is heaviness there — grief, worry, longing, fear — I want you to know: you don't have to fix it today. We are simply making room for it. Letting it be seen.

Perhaps it's a garden — full of color, soft light filtering through the trees. Or a gentle riverbank, where water moves slowly over smooth stones, carrying nothing but a quiet, constant sound. Or maybe it's a meadow, open and vast, where the grass moves like breath in the wind.

Wherever you are — let it be yours. You are welcome here. No one needs anything from you in this place.
